Someday (एक दिन) Ek Din 

We’ll savor the sound of melodious waves,
In leisure by the shore, found someday
We’ll applaud the raindrops’ rhythmic play,
When gentle showers fall, painting the day gray
In silence, our eyes will portray more tales,
A few words we’ll exchange, yet more to convey
Quietly, by the coast, each word we’ll interlace,
Expressing our love in that tranquil space.

लहरों के सुर को सुनेंगे फिर उस दिन 
किनारे समंदर के जब बैठेंगे एक दिन 
हल्की सी बारिश भी होगी वहाँ पर 
बूँदों की सरगम सराहेंगे उस दिन 
होगी हमारी भी थोड़ी सी बातें 
पर आँखों से ज़्यादा हम बोलेंगे उस दिन 
ख़ामोशी से हर लफ़्ज़ पिरोयेंगे दोनों 
हाल-ए-दिल बयाँ फिर करेंगे हम उस दिन।
