
She is an Indian-American author and poet, a mother of two extraordinary kids, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and two cats.
In 2020, amidst the world’s stillness during the pandemic, she found her lost voice as a writer. Her debut mystery novel, “Satyajeet Bhargav (A Truth Seeker)”, and my poetry collection, “Majmua (a collection of verses)”, testify to the power of creativity and versatility.
As an author, poet, lyricist, and blogger, she pours her heart into every story, song, and verse she creates.
She posts mystery, true-based, and fantasy content (stories, articles, one-liners, and poems) on her blog.
After losing her beloved father in 2021, she turned to art and music to heal her soul. Sometimes she immerses herself in studying percussion, bass guitar, electric guitar, piano, and flute, and in singing with her daughter, Vasvi, and son, Samraat.
She sketches vivid expressions of faith and nature whenever she has time after her duties as a mother and homemaker.
Author’s daughter, Vasvi Pande, is exceptionally talented in numerous areas. Her talent extends beyond music and singing. She is also a gifted illustrator, and her work reflects her profound grasp of musical concepts. She possesses a rare talent, mastering the piano, the electric guitar, and the clarinet with remarkable proficiency. Her innate skill for illustration shone through early on, as exemplified by Vasvi Pande authoring and illustrating two children’s books at the age of seven, demonstrating remarkable potential.
Staying fit is the author’s mantra. Daily prayers, yoga, meditation, and high-intensity workouts keep her spirit and body strong. She has lived boldly, embracing adventure and discipline since childhood.
From skydiving to scuba diving, she had soared through clouds to dive beneath the ocean’s surface and hiked among hills and mountains. She also has some martial arts and shooting range experience.
Beyond her passions, her greatest calling is to pursue the best education. As she states, “Being a lifelong learner, I dream of creating a world where every child thrives in classrooms with curiosity, joy, and purpose.”
She wants to spread love and happiness beyond borders. She envisions a future where intelligence, kindness, and simplicity define humanity, and where the best mental health, ample food, and education are the only bridges to a brighter, happier tomorrow.
She aims to ensure kids have the best mental health, education, and school meals. From teaching children in India to volunteering in Bay Area schools, she has seen the transformative power of learning.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University.
While staying in the Bay Area and working as a full-time mom she NEVER stoped learning and completed multiple training courses and obtained certifications in various areas, such as “Human Rights Education”, “Human Trafficking Prevention”, “Digital Citizenship, Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette”, “Business Consulting” from USIDHR, “Cinematography Workshop” from NYFA, “Create and Produce Your Own Podcast”, “Personal Essay Workshop: How to Land in The New York Times ‘Modern Love’ Column” from Stanford University, “Child Development” course offered by De-Anza, “Method of Teaching English as a Second Language for Adults,” Teaching Pronunciation as a Communicative Skill”, “Employee Recruitment, Selection, and Placement,” and “Essentials of Human Resources,” at Berkeley, enabling her to possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Human Resources domain in the USA.
She volunteered at many community events, including helping people get the COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic. In local middle and elementary schools, she volunteered in various positions, including school secretary, president, art docent, lunch, play, P.E., library, exceptional education chair, and family engagement coordinator.
She worked as a freelance headhunter in the IT industry, helping many companies find top talent. She also worked as a substitute teacher and an after-school teacher in the East Bay Area.
She had been employed as a case executive for SEWA International, working on a COVID-19 program within the Homeless Prevention System in Santa Clara County during the Pandemic. While in India, she worked in human resources at high-profile companies, including Tesco International, Accenture, and Convergys.
Author, Photonic Soul, interests extend beyond music and writing to include sketching, painting, hiking, kickboxing, meditation, yoga, cooking, and the tranquility of gazing at the stars. She is a true example of a spiritual soul.
She loves the pleasing aroma of a good perfume or incense. According to her, “a pleasant smell evokes positivity and keeps you grounded.”
So she ensures her fragrance is pleasing, both inside and out.
